As a third-generation care professional, Nikki’s dedication to the industry is deeply rooted in her family heritage. She began her journey as a teenager, working weekends and holidays alongside her grandmother, mother and aunt in a local nursing home.

This “ground-up” experience has fuelled a lifelong passion for excellence in care. Over a career spanning nearly 20 years, Nikki has progressed from frontline caregiver to Registered Manager, consistently expanding her expertise with every new challenge. She is best known for her ability to build lasting, meaningful relationships with both clients and carers.
